First remove the very tip of Piping Bag (less than ½ and inch) of the bag to make a pocket for the air to flee . That way, once you press the frosting into the bag, there’s an area for the air to flee .
Fold the bag a minimum of halfway down over your hand (or a glass), ensuring the highest edge is obvious and folded all the way down so you’ll keep it clean.
Use the side of your hand or the side of the glass to scrape the frosting off the spatula.
Once the frosting is within the piping bag, use your spatula to further press the frosting down into the bag.
Once the bag is halfway filled, pick it up and provides it a solid shake to assist further settle the frosting within the bag.
Once your piping bag is filled use the side of your hand or a kitchen utensil to press all the frosting down within the bag. like to use rubber icing bag ties to stay my bags closed.
